CHILD TRAFFICKING  AND CHILD ABUSE HAS TO COME TO AN END.

Trafficking in children is a global problem affecting large numbers of children. Some estimates have as many as 1.2 million children being trafficked every year. There is a demand for trafficked children as cheap labour or for sexual exploitation. Children and their families are often unaware of the dangers of trafficking, believing that better employment and lives lie in other countries.

Personnel caught with leopard skin

Hyderabad: The city police on Wednesday arrested an AP Special Police (APSP) constable from Vizianagaram and a Home Guard attached to the Punjagutta traffic police station for allegedly trying to sell two leopard skins here. The accused Ch. Satish Kumar, APSP constable, is a resident of Battalion campus in Chintavalasa of Vizianagaram and Shaik Shareef, a Home Guard, is from SR Nagar.
