Question by Snoop P: What’s the current law regarding children of illegal immigrants and their citizenship?
The 14th amendment states that anyone born in the U.S. will be granted citizenship subject to its jurisdiction? Does this mean that the government can decide which illegal babies are granted citizenship? Or are they all denied/granted citizenship currently?
