Mumbai policeman arrested for rape
A policeman has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in the Indian city of Mumbai (Bombay), police say.
The constable, who works in the Mumbai police weapons store, was arrested on Friday morning along with another person.
Police said the crime took place on 3 October at a resort in the western suburb of Gorai.
According to reports, the victim complained that she was confined at the resort and raped for three days.
